Bookings

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Payment

Payment must be made by the methods we specify. We accept bank transfers and major payment cards. Full payment is required to secure your booking.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by You

• More than 7 days before class: Full refund
• 3-7 days before class: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days before class: No refund
• Private sessions: 14 days notice required for full refund

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking up to 7 days before the class date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests within 7 days of the class date will be treated as cancellations.

Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel your class, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

5. Attendance and Participation

By attending our classes, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for your scheduled class
• Follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors
• Inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance
• Behave respectfully toward instructors and other participants
• Not attend if you are unwell or have symptoms of contagious illness

We reserve the right to remove participants who behave inappropriately or pose a safety risk, without refund.

6. Health and Safety

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure safety during our classes:

• You participate at your own risk
• You must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect your participation
• You must follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors
• We are not liable for allergic reactions if you have not informed us of allergies
